Mystery Hike Rumor has it that every St. Patrick's Day (day after tomorrow), the leprechaun who lives in our woods leaves clues to find his POT OF GOLD. Call or email Lora (343-4321,  llwright@ingihtbb.com) by March 14 with questions or to pre-register.

2 — 4 pm. Annual Meeting. Board of directors election. Presentation by IDNR biologist Angella Moorehouse. Convenient time to join if you haven't yet or to keep your membership current. Let's all share and make plans, events, and ideas.

11 AM to 1 PM. Backpacking session  Everyone is invited to learn and practice backpacking skills. Learn the 5 W's and Basic Skills. $2 cost includes the hike and patch. Bring your own lunch. 1:00 — 4:00 PM Join Hands Day. This is a chance for community groups and individual volunteers to come work together to make and place trail markers.  If you have questions or want to volunteer, call Lora at 343-4321 or email her.

Earth Connections — Take trails to explore habitats, investigate food chains, succession, predators and prey. Learn various plants native to this area and determine the age of a tree. Identify trees and native plants.
